Personal Data Processing

Never and for any reason do we sell or rent user data to third parties. The only uses of the Data are those highlighted in this policy. Users are the sole owners of their data and may request its modification or cancellation at any point in time.

Purposes of the collected data

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes: Contacting the User, Interaction with external social networks and platforms, Registration and authentication, Access to accounts of third party services, Management of payments, Infrastructure monitoring, Address management and sending of email messages, Analytics, Display of content from external platforms, Commercial affiliation, Interaction with support platforms, feedback and live chat, Management of user databases, Management of requests support and contact Hosting and backend infrastructure.

Data types

Among the Personal Data collected from the Group sites and applications, either independently or through third parties, there are: Cookies, Usage Data, Password, Name, Last Name, Email, Company Name, Telephone numbers.

Additionally, all the necessary data to supply the services object of contract between User and Owner are also collected. Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be processed with physical and digital tools useful for the supply of the requested service (eg management software and billing, hosting, CMS, and other tools ).

Data Safe-Keeping and Management

The Holder takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Processing is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organization of the Agency (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects may have access to the Data (such as suppliers of third party technical services, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies); these are also appointed, if necessary, Accountable Data Processors by the Data Holder. The updated list of Accountable Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Holder.


Contact Form

Contact forms are available on several pages of the Group sites. The purposes and type of data collected through the contact forms are explained in the forms themselves. The data that the User decides to send through these forms remains stored in the e-mail (Gmail), in the site database and in the backups. If requested by the User at the time of filling out the contact form, the data will be included in the Group’s mailing list (see “Newsletter”).


Social Media

We use social media as a tool for contacting users and to present and market our business.

Our use of social media is highlighted within the Group’s websites. For example, you can watch videos that are uploaded to our YouTube channel and follow links to and from our Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Each social media channel has its own privacy policy that is valid for processing personal data once the users navigates their platform. For example, if you choose to watch one of our videos on YouTube, you can refer to the privacy policy of  YouTube; if you browse our Twitter activity on Twitter, you will need to accept the privacy policy of  Twitter, the same is also true for  LinkedIn and Facebook.

For any doubts pertaining the use of data, we recommend that you read the privacy policy of each social media channel carefully before engaging with it.


The Group newsletter is managed with MailChimp, and the contact data is thus stored on MailChimp servers (even outside the European Union). We perform periodic backups of our mailing lists, which are stored in compliance with current safe-keeping  regulations, through tools such as Drive and CRM.

User Navigation Analysis

For statistical purposes and to improve the functionality of the Group sites, we use Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is set up so that IP addresses are anonymized, making it impossible to trace the navigation of a specific user, yet allowing to analyze aggregated data.

The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie about the use of the website is transmitted to Google and stored on servers located in the United States.

Google may transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if it is a matter of subjects processing this information on its behalf;  the information on privacy and use of Google Analytics data is here..

System and Maintenance Logs

For needs pertaining to operation and maintenance, the sites and applications of the Group and any potential third party services used by it may collect system Logs, which are files that record interactions and which may also contain personal data, such as the IP address of the User .

Legal Basis of the Data Processing

The Holder processes Personal Data relating to the User in the event one of the following conditions exists:

  • the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes;
  • the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with the User and / or the execution of pre-contractual measures;
  • the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the exercise of public authority vested in the Holder;
  • processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the owner or third parties.

In any case, it is always possible to ask the Holder to clarify the concrete legal basis of each treatment and to specify whether the treatment is based on the law, provided for by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.


The Data is processed at the operational headquarters of the Data Holder and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. Please contact the owner for more information. The User’s Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than that in which the User is located. To obtain further information on the processing site, the User can refer to the section concerning the processing of Personal Data.

You have the right to obtain information pertaining the legal basis for the transfer of Data outside the European Union or to an international organization of public international law or consisting of two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as regarding the security measures taken by the Data Holder to protect the Data.

Length of Data Keeping

The Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.


  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Holder and the User will be retained until the execution of the contract is completed.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Holder will be retained until such interest is met. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Holder in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Holder.

When the processing is based on the consent of the User, the Data Holder may retain the Personal Data for a longer period of time, until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Holder may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or an order of an authority.

Personal Data will be deleted at the end of the retention period. Therefore, the right of access, cancellation, modification, as well as the right to data portability can no longer be exercised after the end of this term.

How to Exercise One’s Rights.

At any point in time you have the right to request a free verification, cancellation, or modification of your data, as well as to receive the list of people and organizations in charge of processing it.
